Last updated: June 26, 2026 · Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Hey Fardo LLC ("Fardo", "we") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in connection with the platform, websites, applications, microservices, API, and WordPress plugin (together, the "Services"). It forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Hey Fardo LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware (United States), with its address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States, tax identification number (EIN) 39-3381900.

Where Fardo processes personal data on behalf of a customer (for example, data accessible through integrations the customer connects, or data of the customer’s end users), Fardo acts as processor and the customer as controller; that processing is governed by the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA) (see section 12).

If you believe we have not adequately handled your request, you may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

11. Third-party data and analyzed brands

The Services analyze information about brands, companies, and competitors obtained from publicly accessible sources and data providers. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in offering visibility analyses, balanced against the rights of the affected persons.

Analyzed brands or persons may request access, rectification, or removal of the information concerning them by writing to hola@heyfardo.com.

12. Integration data and processor role

When you connect integrations, Fardo accesses data that you control, which may include data of your own end users (for example, via Google Analytics 4 or e-commerce platforms). With respect to that data, Fardo acts as processor and you as controller.

For customers who require it, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governing this processing. You may revoke connections at any time from your account or from the third-party platform. If you enable publishing features, you authorize Fardo to publish content to your connected accounts in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

For details on how we access and use data from a specific integration, see its dedicated privacy policy. For LinkedIn, see the LinkedIn Integration Privacy Policy.

For Shopify, see the Shopify Integration Privacy Policy.

For Mercado Libre, see the Mercado Libre Integration Privacy Policy.

13. Community data and public content

In the community, certain profile information (e.g. name, company, role, country, and professional link) and the content you publish may be visible to other members. You can manage the visibility of your profile according to the available options.

Do not post in community spaces information you do not want others to see. User content is also governed by the rules described in the Terms and Conditions.

14. Marketing communications

With your consent, we may send you newsletters and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the cancellation link included in each email or by writing to hola@heyfardo.com.

The Services are intended for users of legal age and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, write to us at hola@heyfardo.com and we will delete it.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means (e.g. email or notice on the platform) with reasonable advance notice. The "last updated" date indicates the version in force.

17. Contact

For any inquiry about this Policy or about the processing of your data, write to us at hola@heyfardo.com, or to Hey Fardo LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.
